Default Match Destination Format

When I'm copying from different places into word, I do not have the option of
Match Destination Format. How can I set Match Destination Format as default
in Microsoft Word?

Default Match Destination Format

Hi ?B?ZGFuaWgwMTAz?=,

When I'm copying from different places into word, I do not have the option of
Match Destination Format.

How about "plain text", do you get that? That should have the same basic effect
for information coming from outside Word.
