Default apply changes in template

I'm working with templates for the first time and can't figure out how to
apply the edits I make in the first cell of the template to the remaining
cells. I'm trying to make a business card with a picture in it and haven't
been able to duplicate what I've set up in the first cell to the other cells
on the page.

Default apply changes in template

Select the first cell and Copy; select the entire table and Paste. Also see
