Default Secondary font for template

I am creating some templates in Word 2003, that will be used by multiple
users in the company. They would like to use a certain font, but are not sure
if all users have that font on their machines. Is there any way to specify a
"second choice" font (e.g. Arial) if the user does not have the font
specified in the style?

Word on its own will substitute an installed font for one that is not
available. If the substitution is not suitable, the user can specify the
substitute font to be used. This is done via Font Substitution... on the
Compatibility tab of Tools | Options.
