Default how do i insert colums and rows in a word document

i work in a Telesales environment for a very large B2B Company. I need to
create a document to track sales and call backs, timezones on a day by day,
month by month basis. Any samples would be appreciated.

Use EXCEL not Word.

Default how do i insert colums and rows in a word document

But, if you don't have Excel, you can choose Table - Insert - Table from the
menu, or use the Table tool.

I think that make columbs and rows easyly in Word by choosing Table -
Insert - Table!
