If then field in merge document
Hi Nigel,
In Word 2007, the path is via the Office ButtonWord OptionsAdvanced selections, then scrolling down to 'Show document content', under which is an entry named 'Show field codes instead of their values'. Toggling via Shift-F9 for a single field, or Alt-F9 for the whole document, is quicker. Cheers -- macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] ------------------------- "NigelGomm" wrote in message ...
