How do I send cover page to all in one Fax machine, thank you.

Does your all-in-one come with a print driver that makes the device look
like two different devices (a printer, and a fax machine)? If so, you would
typically be able to printa cover page to the "fax machine", and the driver
would typically ask you to provide the destination fax number(s).
