[Marc[_3_]]

How can I get rid of this picture in my text, that should give me some tips
or something, but it is blocking my view to the text.

It has 'Paste Options' as tooltip, and then displays a 3 member radiobutton
popup screen, with the first option being: Keep source Formatting.

In Word 2007, click Office button | Word Options, Advanced category. In the
"Cut, copy, and paste" section, clear the "Show Paste Options buttons"
option. Click OK.

In 2003, Tools, Options, Edit, clear the "Show Paste Options buttons" box.

If the Paste Options Button lingers and is in your way, press the Esc key to
dismiss it.
