Mailmerge multiple records in same letter
I have a list where customers name is listed multiple times with amount due for each date. Instead of sending separate letters to the same customer, I am looking for a single mailmerged letter listing all the amounts with the respective date in it. I tried with the "next record if" feature but it picked up other customer amounts. Any suggestions? |

Mailmerge multiple records in same letter
I tried the Microsoft Article ID : 211303 and it helped group the data like a
catalog. But the main issue of displaying only the addressee's grouped information on the letter remains. I didn't try the other solutions because my current list is in excel. Any other suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks! "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: See http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindy...tm#ComplexMerg -- Suzanne S.
