Default take labels and make them into a contact group for a mail merge?

I have 9 pages of labels in Word and Publisher and would like to be able to
take that data and put it in a mail merge data list without having to retype
the whole thing one at a time. Is this possible?

For the Word ones, see Graham Mayor's page at

http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm

For the Publisher ones, you can always try either cutting/pasting your
document into WOrd first, or exporting in a format (perhaps rtf) that Word
can read.
