I have MS Word 2000. When editing, my Comments are shown at the bottom of the
..doc. How can I change this so I can view the Comments to the right hand side
of the .doc? I think it may have something to do with Tools/Track
Changes/Balloons.
But I see NO Balloons Menu. Hope this makes sense.

Balloons were introduced in Word 2002 and are not available in Word 2000.
