Default MS word has encountered a problem and needs to close

I have some conflict when opening links to word files. not sure what is
corrupted.
When I check error message it indicates app name: winword.exe and Mod name:
hpzpm309.dll. This is a new office 2003 suite and seems to be limited to word.
I already had os reinstalled.
Any help would be great

The error message is pointing to a problem with your HP printer driver. Try
deleting and reinstalling the printer, using an updated driver if one is
available.

Yes, I dumped the hp driver and word files open fine from links and locally
as well.
Next, I will try finding compatable print driver. Thanks, this was really
annoying
