Default Link Excel data to Word Form with automatic fill of other data

I am trying to create a link from a master Excel spreadsheet to a Word form.
I would like to input a number in the form that then fills in the rest of the
form from data in the spreadsheet.

Hi ?B?RGF2aWRNU0k=?=,

I would like to input a number in the form that then fills in the rest of the
form from data in the spreadsheet.

If I understand you correctly, this will require a macro. If you want to follow
up on that, please ask ina word.vba newsgroup. Don't forget to mention the
version of Office you're using. And please provide more detail on what kind of
form you have in mind, and how things should work.
