My Ctrl+F function does not work
When I hit Ctrl+F, the pop-up window does not appear as it does in all other
applications. Instead "ctrl+F" appears in the bottom bar where the GoTo data and tracking/language data is. Somthing must over ride it somehow. If I go via Edit in the main menu it works. Thanks p |

My Ctrl+F function does not work
You don't say what version of Word you're using, but go (by whatever means
required) to the Customize dialog and click on Keyboard... In the commands list, select EditFind and make sure that Ctrl+F is still assigned to it. If not, assign it. (When you do this, Word will also tell you what Ctrl+F is currently assigned to, which might help troubleshoot the source of the problem if it's a command used by an add-in, for example.) -- Suzanne S.
