Default Images in MS Word 2003

Hi,
I have received the following help:
To insert image, Table Insert Table. Click within your
table and do Table Properties. On the Table tab, click Options and un-tick
the box "Automatically resize to fit contents".

Adjust the column widths to suit your needs. When you paste a picture into a
cell the picture will automatically fit the cell width.

QUESTIONS:
1. images when pasted -- automatically fit cell width. How get images to
automatically resize and also automatically fit cell height at same time?

2. File Page Setup Landscape --- doesn't print in landscape form -- how
get images on page to print in Landscape.
Thanks, gortho
