Is there any setting I can change in word 2003 that will disable any chosen
message alert ?

Example The margins of section 10 are outside the printable area of the page.
-- Do you want to continue ? Yes Or No.
I do not wish to see these messages in most cases.

No, Word doesn't provide any fine granular control of what alerts will or will
not be displayed. And some cannot be suppressed.
