Importing a landscape xls table to word docx?
Select & copy the XL table, in Word go to EditPaste Special & choose
Enhanced Metafile to paste it as a picture. Then you can rotate it using the picture properties or the Drawing toolbar. You can also create Section Breaks in the docx & change the page orientation to landscape for the pages that will contain the table. However... Depending on the amount of content neither an embedd spreadsheet nor an embedded picture can span a page break. If the table won't fit on a single "page" in the docx you'll need to copy & paste one section at a time to separate pages. -- HTH |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "jim g" jim wrote in message ...
