widow/orphan control
In Word 2003, I select the paragraph and click the box for Widow/Orphan
control in paragraph formatting and it still leaves one line on the following page. Used to work and now it doesn't. |

widow/orphan control
Widow/Orphan Control is ON by default in Word, so you should *not* have to
do anything to have it applied. When you "click the box" are you putting a check *in* or clearing the check that was there? If clearing the existing check you are turning the feature OFF. Are you using a paragragraph style that includes W/O Control turned off? What invisibles do you see if you turn on Show Hide ¶? -- Regards |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "Teresa" wrote in message ...
