View source button is grayed out.
When working in a mail merge document, I am unable to edit the "mail merge
receiptents because the View Source button is grayed out. If I view the Database toolbar and select the Data Form icon, the View Source button is active, however, when I select the button, nothing happens. How can I modify my data while in a mail merge letter? |

What is the data source (Access, Excel, etc.)? Word XP and 2003 are much
more particular about what types of data source you can edit from within the recipients dialog. Peter Jamieson "DonnaA" wrote in message ...
