toggling into comments
I like using the keyboard, and minimizing mouse use. Would like to toggle
between text and comments. How can I do that? Is it easier (if even possible) to do it with the format where comments are on the right, or where there is a separate pane at bottom. And how do I enable that pane at bottom (or am I thinking of Adobe Acrobat, which does that?). Thx. -- Boris |

toggling into comments
The pane is enabled when you go into the Track Changes options dialog and
set the "use balloons" dropdown to Never. When the pane is open, you can toggle between the main text and the comments with the F6 key. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
