Default Office 2003 - Mail Merge with Express

I want to use Microsoft Word (2003) and do a
mail merge to print envelopes for an address
book in Outlook Express. My Word wants to use
Outlook at the moment. Is there any way I can
make it use the Outlook Express address book?
In lieu of that, can I export the Express address
book to Outlook??

Thanks,
Bob Watson
