Default Finding basic features in Word 2007

I've been helping out a friend who just got a new computer with Word 2007.
Basic stuff is hard to find. For example, since there is no Tools menu any
more, where are the things that use to be on the Tools menu, such as
Customize and Options?

Click the Office button in the top left corner.
Click the "Word Options" button on the context menu.
