I have a word documetn which has photos inserted. When I used Mail Merge to
email them the HTML ends up withthe photos all over the place

Because Word creates lousy HTML.

So what would be a better product for me ot use to create a document (which
includes photos) formail merging

Create Word documents and output them to PDF; then email the PDFs.
