Default how to increase text space in organizational chart boxes

I'm working on an orginazitional chart in word for xp professional 2002. I
can not get the boxes to increase to hold all of the text. Please help,

thanks.

I try looking it up here and I only get information on graphs.

Resize the chart manually or decrease the size of the text inside it.
