Default keep last page from printing

I'm wanting to add a revision history log to a separate page at the end of a
form in Word. However, I don't want the last page of the Word file to print
since it does not need to show up on the form itself. I can figure out how
to hide the log by denoting it as a bookmark, but I can't keep the last page
from printing. Is there anything I can do?

Turn off the printing of hidden text.
