Default traditional chinese

i want to be able to write tratitional chinese in word 2003. i've loadloaded
the IME but i can't find a language pack for word 2003. i'm sure i've got the
right IME. i don't know where i'm going wrong. pLease help.

As far as I know, the only Traditional Chinese IME that you can download from
the Microsoft website only works in Office XP (Word 2002).

so does this mean that microsoft haven't got arround to writing a program for
word 2003???

Not at all. You said, "i'm sure i've got the right IME." I don't know,
and you still haven't said, what IME you have or where you got it from.
