Default What is available for people with disabilities on Microsoft?

My mother has recently had a stroke and has lost her ability to speak and is
paralized down her left side. She was computer literate before her stroke but
is finding communication difficult now. Does anyone now of any inexpensive
packs that i can buy for her e.g. a touch screen or something of this nature.
Thanks!
