Hello,

I have a template for our office letters which includes headers & footers
containing our address, logo, etc. etc.

If I write a long letter, (more than one page) the headers , logo etc repeat
on the 2nd & subsequent pages. I don't want this to happen.

What am I doing wrong ? Do I have to manually delete the headers & footers
from the 2nd page ?

All advice gratefully welcomed

Thanks

KK

Take a look here;

http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm

especially the part referring to a muti-page letter.

Take a look at: How to set up letterhead or some other document where you
want one header on the first page and a different header on other pages.

instructions. (It also has the following links)
