When my customer email transfers transcription documents to the person who is
printing them they are changing from "tray2" and "tray3" for pages 1 and 2 to
"Automatically Select" This is only occuring from one site, the other site
transfers the documents via email without loosing these settings. Any
Thoughts?

Does this site have the same printer driver as the originating site? Tray
allocations between printers are quite haphazard.

Hello Graham,

Thank you for the reply. Yes, but not the same printer. The Orange county
person has the multi-tray printer and when she emails the documents to their
customer they come in setup just fine. The San Jose person has the print
driver loaded but not the same attached printer. I've logged into San Jose
and have reviewed the settings under page setup that state page 1 / tray 2
and page 2 / tray 3 but when these documents are emailed to their customer
these settings revert to "automatically select" The system at their customer
is running on a parallel cable should I try USB?
