Default how to transport word document attached to a schema to other sym

when moved a word document along with schema which is attached to that word
document is moved to a different machine, the URI is showing as
unavailable.so that mapping to the schema alos lost in the new machine.Can
any one help me to keep the mapping correct for the word document with schema
in new location too.

The schema needs to be explicitly added on the other machine (Tools/Templates
and Addins/XML Schema/Add Schema).
