I've received Word Documents about 1000 pages with informations includes post
codes. The problem is I need just postcodes for mapping audiences to use
software. I don't know how to copy just post codes to excel..

How are the post codes put into your Word document? If they are in a table,
the whole table can be copied and pasted into Excel.

If the format of the post codes is the same, then you can use a Wildcard
search for that format http://www.gmayor.com/replace_using_wildcards.htm

eg for UK postcodes search for
[0-9A-Z]{2,4} [0-9A-Z]{3}

with the wildcard flag set

Check the 'highlight all items found' check box, run the search, then copy
and paste to Excel.
