Default Marking document for future replacement

When I create a long Word (2003) document that has places that they need to
be filled in by other users, how can I mark those locations so that are
easily located by the next person who must fill in the blanks. I am
currently using 'XXXXX' to draw attention, but have to beleive that Word has
a function that allows the next person to just step through the document and
go directly to those areas that need to be filled in.

You can use macrobutton fields (the person goes to the next field with the
F11 key) or online forms. See
http://www.addbalance.com/usersguide...tm#MacroButton and
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/TblsFl...acroButton.htm for more
about macrobutton fields. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
