Only Arabic, French, Hebrew localized versions of Office come with the Arbic
proofing tool. If you have other localized version of Office, you need to
purchase a separate "Proofing Tools for Office" CD that matches your version
of Office. If you live in US, you can order online:

Outside the United States, the Proofing Tools CD is available in stores.
