Default i need to send a document,how do i do it?

i need to send a friend a document i have done.i want to know how to do
it.can anyone hlp me?

The easiest way to send it directly from Word is to use File | Send To |
Mail Recipient as Attachment. But you and your friend may both find the
attachment quite large. If you have WinZip, right-click on the file in any
Explorer window and use "Zip and E-mail." This will automatically zip the
document and attach it to a message in your default mail client. (You can
get a free trial copy of WinZip from www.winzip.com.)

Better make sure that the receipient has the same (or equal) program that
you used to create the file
