[Tonto]

In Word 2003 I would like to create a letter template in which I could
add a two digit code for a sentence or series of words to be added.
eg [01] and then "Size 44 Boots" appears after the [01].

or I would like to list the items and only the ones marked with a [x]
would be added to the letter.

Any advice would be a bonus.

I am aware of Auto Correct but cannot get it to work from a [ ] box?
