can you 'fix' label printer settings?
I have a colleague who uses Tools/Envelopes & Labels/Labels to print labels,
usually one address at a time. When she does this she inserts label stationary into Tray 1. She says that print command used to 'remember' that Tray 1 should be used for labels. Now, unless she goes into Options... and manually sets printer to Tray 1, it automatically prints (onto a4 paper) from default printer tray (Tray 3). Is it possible to set the default printer destination for labels, so that it is independant from (Normal.dot) document default printer settings? -- Patricia D |

See the relevant examples at http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm You
will need to combine two of the macros. If you have problems with that contact me via the web site link. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Patricia D wrote: I have a colleague who uses Tools/Envelopes & Labels/Labels to print labels, usually one address at a time.
