No I talking about when click on "Office Button" you can click on document in
the "Recent documents" list.

Default Document history.

Click Office button | Word Options, Advanced category. Under the "Display"
heading, specify a value for "Show this number of Recent Documents." If this
doesn't help, check if you are running a Windows utility that clears all of
your lists of recent items (websites, documents, etc.).

Found what you said, but it is greyed out and can not do anything, what know.

Default Document history.

Generally, when options are missing or when they are greyed out when they
shouldn't be, the Data key in the registry could be damaged. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm.
