Unable to open a word/excel directly
Hi,
After updating the security update for win XP, I found that I am unable to open a word or excel document directly. When I double click on the word/excel document, the word/excel application will launch and does not response. After waiting for a few minutes, the application than start to response. However, the word/excel document does not open. It just appear grey. Hence, I need to click on file open and browse to the file and then it possible to open. How may I solve this issue? Thank you.
