Default word 2003 hang after redirection of application data

Hi There,

We have installed office 2003. After that we have redirected application
data, desktop and my documents to network via group polices. Now when we open
word document it open and cursor disappear for few seconds and we not able to
do anything on word around that time but after that it work fine. other
version of word have no issues.
