Default Calculate date with form field

All,
I want to calculate a Return Date (date to return an evaluation by) from the
Evaluation Date (txtEvalDate).

"txtEvalDate" is a FormField set to Date format.

So, if "txtEvalDate" = April 2, 2008, I want "Return Date" to equal April 2,
2008 - 14 days which is March 19, 2008.

This is probably not as difficult as my brain seems to be making it. Help,
please!

Thanks,
Alicia (and yes, my last name really is Dumm... I married it... which means
I found a man "Dumm" enough to marry me!)
