Default page layout has a frame
Go to Office Button (top left)
Word Options (bottom right) Advanced tab Scroll down to SHOW DOCUMENT CONTENT Uncheck "Show text Boundaries" if it is checked. This could be the problem. "Carolyn" wrote in message ... Default page layout has a frame
This was not the answer. "Show text boundaries" was already unchecked.
I searched through the other discussions and found where someone had the same problem and was given direction to change the normal.doc template to NormalX.dotm. That worked! Thank you for responding. I appreciate the help. "Summer" wrote: Go to Office Button (top left) Word Options (bottom right) Advanced tab Scroll down to SHOW DOCUMENT CONTENT Uncheck "Show text Boundaries" if it is checked.
