Finding a symbol in a document
We have a macro on our standard toolbar that will allow the user to insert a
field containing a diamond symbol anywhere within a document. (The field contents are {SYMBOL \f Wingdings 117 \* MERGEFORMAT}) The purpose of the field is so that a user can use the F11 key to jump through the document to fill in information at a later date. Some of our documents also include cross reference and other fields, so pressing F11 through the document can take a long time when all the user wants to do is get to the fields containing the diamond and not stop along the way at other fields. Is there anyway to use the Find feature to find such a field rather than using F11? -- Christina |
