If that is the case then it should be easy to work around by using an A4 or
US Letter paper size and set the margins and position the envelope styles
relative to how an envelope would feed through the printer.

printing for some odd reason. If the colour cartridges are empty or
blocked
you will get odd coloured envelope text. Confirm also that the font
colour
