Default word IE warning related to header

When I open a word doc in IE a dialog appears syaing that "Some of the
files in this web page are not in the expected location. Do you want to
download them anyway? If you are sure the web page is from trusted location,
click yes."
If I click yes then the header is showing with the given jpeg . If I select
no header is not showing up.
On some computers I can see, in the Temp Internet folder the jpeg in the
header and in some nothing.

Any settings to change!!
Any ideas, please??
Thanks.
