Default how do I edit a Microsoft Draw 98 drawing in word 2003?

I have a document that has a ms draw 98 object. This object was created in a
previous version of word. We have now upgraded to office 2003 and I cannot
edit this object. How do I load draw 98 or convert to something that word
2003 can use?
