Default Cursor in Word document

I must have hit something odd on the keyboard . . . for the last day or so my
cursor has gone from an "I" beam to a tiny little dot. I've been into
Control Panel/Mouse and Tools/Options and can't seem to get my cursor to
return to the "I" beam.

Can anyone help? Thanks!
