How to tell Word not to use captions in a List of Tables
I have over 20 tables I made in Excel that already have a table number and
caption. I have imported these tables into Word and am now constructing a List of Tables. I figured out how to remove a label, but I cannot figure out how to remove the table number that Word places above the table to link it to the List of Tables. Like the TOC, I simply want the List of Tables to refer to the appropriate page without adding a number or label to the table. Can I do this? Thanks! |
