Default Merged Data With Carriage Return Deletes Text Form Field

I am attempting to merge SQL Database data to a Text Form Field in Word.
When the data from the SQL field does not contain a carriage return,
the merge is completed successfully and the Text Form Field and
Bookmark are in tact. However, when the SQL data contains a carriage
return the data is merged but the Text Form Field along with it's
bookmark are deleted.

Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Word XP

I am merging the text into Word using Prolog Manager merge fields. The
template is meant to run from a particular data group and use the Prolog
database merge fields to populate the Word form.

Hello EBRHSC

If you're using a 3rd party product that has its own merge feature then you
really need to contact the provider of that product for support on its
product.
