When I open Office Word, the page has shrunk to a thumb nail. I do not know
how to get it full size again and can not use it for word processing for my
business. Any help please.

Have you tried changing the zoom?

When you bought Home & Student, you promised you wouldn't use it for a
business. (Not that anyone would know.)

If he means that the _window_ has shrunk to a thumbnail, Zoom wouldn't
help. Did he try clicking the maximize button, or double-clicking the
title bar?

I interpreted "the page has shrunk" as meaning the document rather than the
window, but only the OP can tell. :-)
