can you save from word straight on to CD like you can on floppy
I'm trying to save on Word 2003 onto CD but when i click save as and select d
drive it says incorrect function. I click ok and then it says, " you do not have access to the fold D see your adminstrator for access to this folder". How do i get access |

You're not supposed to save a file directly onto a floppy. You increase the
chance of corrupting the file when you do. Any time you have a file you want on removable media, you should save it to your hard drive first, then using Windows Explorer, copy it over to the CD/floppy. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] "stephen" wrote in message ...
