How change size of an existing block of text, eg 12 to 8
I have typed a fair amount of text into Word but now think that I chose
too large a size. I know I can change new blocks, but what about resizing an old block? |

Select the text and apply the desired size from the Font Size list or type
it into the box and press Enter. -- Suzanne S. You can also reduce the size by one font size at a time by selecting the text
and pressing Ctrl+[ (Ctrl+] to increase). This is useful if you have e.g larger headings and want to keep the font size in proportion. "Suzanne S.
